4g but dual core? why?

why need to downgrade the cpu for the LTE?

Has to do with the chipset, I might be wrong but some chips and modems just were not designed to work together, and fusing them together if they were not designed to work together means inefficient design and horrible battery life.

because lte doesn't play nice with quad core samsung exynos. Plus most people would rather have lte over having a quad core, especially with how well the s4 processor is performing.

The Qualcomm S4 is just fine and after playing around with an LTE phone, I won't ever get a 3G only phone again.

I have yet to track down a live one x, I am really antsy to see how the ui runs on it, it looks good on videos, but would love to see it for myself. Galaxy note reviews always looked smooth to me when watching reviews, but seeing for myself, the homescreen scrolling just didn't feel as smooth as on my e4gt. Can't wait for some more news for our versions!

True especially the ones that max out due to a phones screen refresh rate of 60hz. They do have some value, but they can also be cheated.
