4G in downtown Seattle

i just turned on my 4G here i got connected to a signal! WOOHOO!!!! yes i thought it was only in bellingham but i guess not!

is anyone else getting it here in downtown?

its definitely faster from what i can tell as far as battery drain not quite sure yet since i just turned it on. will keep u posted!

its FAST for me as long as you are in a good area. i think the signal issues that are on the Evo's wifi could be affecting 4G signal too...

But the signal is very spotty for me. I mostly get a signal, but how good it is goes up and down a lot... BUT wheni have a good signal i was getting around 5Mbps on the benchmark scores...

So yes fast.. BUT it really does drain the battery... Like a sailor with a bottle of rum...

Has anyone tested speeds? I'm in Belltown and get 1-1.5 Mbps most of the time. Super strong signal though. Pretty frustrating.

Edit...nevermind. I was using an old version of wifi tether that only hooked up with 3G. What a dummy. Get the latest through the market. Need root etc. etc.
