4G LTE Appearing Randomly

I'm trying to figure out why every once in a while I see the little 4G LTE icon show up on the top right side of my phone. This happens while I am at home, on my wifi network. Tonight I noticed it happen while I was watching Netflix, so I know my wifi didn't drop out. I'm trying to figure out why it might be coming on randomly. I can't think of anything that would default to cellular.

Have you got smart network switch enabled under wifi/ more.
