4G LTE icon persists on status bar?

Interesting tid bit I just came across and thought I'd share with you. So for the first time on this device I ran optimize battery under the battery settings menu.
It suggested I turn off mobile data :silly: very confusing if you ask me.

Seems like Emui has a major status bar flaw in it in this respect. When I turn mobile data off via the pull down quick toggle and also turn WiFi off. It still shows 4G LTE on status bar.
Is this typical Emui ?

No, I think I figured it out. It's to do with the region of the firmware. Basically mines C185 and that's how it oddly behaves.
