It doesn't have a scratch on the screen anywhere, but it has some scuffing on the edges. I also have two extended batteries, one that is the Verizon one and one aftermarket, three standard batteries, a bedside dock, a seidio convert case for the standard battery, a seidio convert case for the extended battery, charger, original box, and micro-sd card.
As far as price, that's negotiable. I've had the Droid Razr Maxx and Galaxy Nexus and went back to my Tbolt both times. This phone just works for me. It has no issues whatsoever.
