4G on my samsung s3 ins't working

I was travelling internationally so I had my phone unlocked at a small shop abroad for really cheap. Now after I'm back in the US my phone doesn't pick up 4G signal. It get E instead. What might the problem be? Its a Samsung Galaxy s3 i747 from At&T.
Please help.

Do you have an AT&T SIM in it, or are you still using a European SIM? (Unless you're in a market in which AT&T is using only 850 for data - your phone only does 3G on 850. Are you still where you were when you were getting 4G? If so, go to an AT&T Device Support Center and see if they can help you.)

After the shop unlocked your phone they did not restore the QCN / NV Items...
This is fixable... Quick Google search will set you up.
