4k recording

So, I've had no problems with the phone until yesterday. It was a nice day out and I wanted to record the water and I did. it was great. Then it hit me i never tried to record in 4k. So, I started recording the ocean hitting the rocks and as I'm playing back the video its stuttering and looks like a video that was copied wrong and is corrupt. I tried recording two more videos and same problem with both of them. Now the 1080p at 30 is great and has no problems.

Any ideas?

Well after the post I decided to restart the phone and tested again 3 times. Looks like the problems gone. Weird.

I just tried it using one of my aquariums - video recorded and played back awesome!

Yea, it seems like it's working now with no problem as well. I'm going to keep on eye on it though. I also have a 64gb but it's almost full maybe that caused it

Let me ask you, am I right in saying that when recording in 4k do you lose video stabilisation? I thought I read that in the settings. That's a shame if it's it's true.

Not just 4k but anything over 1080p 30...
So if you record 1080p at 60 frames you lose stabilisation as well.

I believe what you lose above 1080p 30fps is digital video stabilisation. Optical video stabilization will be there.
