After update, ringer seems to lower itself. Anyone else have this problem!!!!!

Yes. I noticed that it would lower itself when I pulled down the drop down menu to adjust sound. But when I use the volume keys to go from silent>vibrate>sound, it would work and stay as normal.

Yes as well, still trying to determine the cause. It's lowering the Ringer/Main volume on mine.

Did any one find out whats causing this to happen and if a factory reset will fix this!!!!! This is very annoying and I'm missing calls becuz of this.

I had same problem someone on another thread said try turning off the option "increase volume in pocket". Has something to do with the sensor. I turned it off and so far so good. Frustrating.

OK where is the "increase volume in pocket" menu hidden?

Settings>calls>more settings>increase volume while in pocket

I only have two options under that menu:

• TTY mode
• Hearing aids

Ok switched back to tab view and went to
Settings ->Call
And then scrolled down and found it. Might have to give that a try.

Oh i assume the option didn't do anything if the ringer volume was already at max (where I keep it) so it was probably a useless option for me.
