According to the Nexus factory images page, 5.0.2 has not been released for the Nexus 5. From what I've seen, it fixes problems that were only occurring on some other devices. I'm guessing 5.1 will be the next update for the 5.

My Nexus 5 has had the 5.0.1 update for a few weeks but 5.1.0 will be my next Nexus update. Some other non Nexus phones could get 5.0.2 updates bug fixes IF Needed since they just released the Lollipop to some Samsung and LG phones this week.

I don't.. But some people are still waiting for 5.0.1 while others have already updated to it.. So I am just making sure there is no confusion between the 5.0.1 which I already have and any future updates
