5.1.1 AT&T and Gear S disappears

So I backed up my Note 4 with Kies. Factory reset the Note 4, downloaded and installed the 5.1.1 and restored using Kies. When I logged into Gear Manager under Purchased apps I just get the spinning thing. Under Restore it says it has never been backed up.

Any idea how I can get my apps and watch faces back?
