5.1.1 update wallpaper setting?

Isnt there supposed to be a setting for 3D wallpaper ? When i first updated it was there when i touched the home page to bring up my wallpaper but it doesnt appear anymore? I liked the slight effect it produced when you would tilt the phone but how do i get it back??

I'm having the same problem. I really liked the effect, but since the update, it has disappeared. The toggle button is still there but it doesn't work. I've only had the phone a week, yet i'm missing it already! Tried a full factory reset but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Yes, for all those who are facing this issue blame it on the incremental update that was pushed out last week. Samsung answered the cries for reducing RAM/ battery usage by disabling wallpaper motion completely...
