5/21 on Droid Moto Maxx: Crackle says " failed to load media" after marshmallow update What to do?

Re: Crackle. Marshmallow install done 5/14-15 2016. But now Crackle says " failed to load media" Help please!! Have NO clue what where, why, HOW to "fix" to use Crackle now. HELP me!! Thanks
