360 Mobiie Security includes 'features' that should not be included an are ineffective or counterproductive. That they have included these things indicate they either:
A. Don't understand basics of Android operation or...
B. Don't care and included them purely for advertising and marketing reasons.

This should not be included and is probably there mostly to gain access to user information. More information: http://androidforums.com/threads/whats-the-best-antivirus-for-android-mobile.878110/#post-6771132
"Junk File Cleaner
Delete useless Android system files, large files and app caches for an instant speed boost to your Android performance, while freeing up storage space with a single tap.""

This is unnecessary, undesirable and makes false performance claims. For why see: Android Developers Blog: Multitasking the Android Way
"Memory Boost
Free up memory (RAM) and boost your mobile phone. Our One Tap Clean feature reclaims memory allowing you to open apps without delay!"

So-called battery/power savers have been demonstrated over and over to be ineffective, some even using more power than they save. The description of the Power Saver feature's operation clearly shows either a lack of knowlege or a lack of regard for how Android actually works. Bogus claims!
"Power Saver
Intelligently saves your device’s power by knowing when to automatically trigger 360 Security’s Clean feature, which saves you all the battery power you need, when you need it the most."

Avoid 360 Security!

Honestly, even though I use Avast (for Anti-theft), I don't really recommend AVs on Android if you know what you're doing.

If you install apps through trusted sources like Google Play, then you're fine.
Many are bloated and become a battery and performance hog over time.
