50 Mb update - Sprint

Anyone know what this update contains? I've installed it thinking it was a security update but the date shown for my latest security update is March 1, 2017.

I have no idea. I just checked for updates because I saw this post. I had the same update waiting to be downloaded and installed because it was 50MB. I have Sprint.
