$50 Promotional Credit

Is anyone else still waiting for their $50 promotional credit for pre ordering the Pixel back in October?

I got mine around November , would contact Google see what happened.

I did contact them and they keep putting me off.
They are now telling mre Jan 7th. That's 3 months after I pre ordered the phone. Not exactly 4 to 6 weeks as promised.
Trying to get some sort of extra credit for the hassle but they don't seem to care.

Sorry your having that experience, try to reach maybe a supervisor or different agent

I got mine back in mid November. it was suppose to expire December 31st but mine disappeared on me on the last day. someone's suppose to email me back in 1-2 days.

I never got it since I had to RMA my pre ordered Pixel 3 XL for a defective camera. Even though it was a RMA and no fault of mine for some reason their system probably thought it was a return and didn't credit my account. Don't like wasting time talking to clueless reps and arguing about this so I just let it go

Yes and after much ado I'm told it will be coming Jan 7th. almost 3 hours of my time wasted via chat and phone calls.

I got my promotional credit. I ended up using it on the Titan Security Key since it was the same price. I just paid tax and I was good to go.
