Don't know if the international version is missing those features (can't imagine why) but have you checked to make sure they have been turned on in your settings?

Settings > My Device > Motions and gestures

Yes but all i have under my device is Air gesture (air browse) (air Launcher) (air call-accept)
Motion Settings (Direct call) (shake to update) (turn over to mute/pause)

Multi Windows is under display and Smart screen has the other options for Smart Stay, Smart scroll etc.

Someone with an international version will have to chime in. Did you buy the phone unlocked or was it from a certain carrier?

That's fake man, and there's a few ways I can tell just by looking at the phone. On the back, the Samsung logo looks raised which is completely wrong, it should be in line with the back and smooth. Another thing, the led flash on the back is a weird yellow which is off. The lack of features just confirms it. Sorry man, that sucks
