How can I get twrp,sp flash and fastboot working?

twrp,sp flash and fastboot not working

hi...i got lenovo a328...and i'm using twrp recovery...one day i want to change another custom rom...so i wipe all data and cache...then i pick the custom rom and want to install it..suddenly it state that failed and unable to mount to data,system and etc..i have tried using sp flash but my device kept disconnecting and connecting all the time...and when i tried to use fastboot, it says that partition ' recovery' not support flash....what should i do??? please help me....please..im so sorry if i post this on the wrong category but..somebody please help me:'(
