So I charged up this Z5C Thursday night and 3 days later it's sitting at 85%. This is with very light use, no significant apps, and limited travel/pocket time.

I've disabled/uninstalled a few things and could slim down more I imagine but 15% over 3 days is pretty darn good. Battery use shows 6 days remaining but this could easily reach 10 and even approach 20 at 5% per day.

Might be a bit overkill and unrealistic in most cases but sure is impressive.

I've noticed the similar .. I am a lite user but generally at the end of the day, it's only used about 10% battery..

This is why I'm thinking of getting the Z5 Compact. On average, how many hours a day did you use your phone?

My phone use that weekend was very low. I received one short (under a minute) phone call and checked for messages and the time a few times a day. I probably didn't do anything online and might have had wifi turned off.

This was predominantly standby time. The phone was stationary for the most part.

The Z5C does very well against it's competitors in the latest 5s article at Arstechnica.

hope this helps a bit
