6 Pro screen wakes for no reason

A little bump on my desk and the screen wakes. Kind of annoying. Lift to check and tap to check are off.

Anyone else? Solutions or work arounds?

Oh yeah! Absolutely. Everything. Every little movement wakes it to the always on screen. Super annoying and the January update did not fix it. No idea as to solutions as I've just learned to live with it basically. I think they all do it no?

That reminds me of my PC display turning on if I bump my desk before sitting down. It's due to the sensitivity of my mouse.

You have tap to wake on double check if not safe mode see if its the same

My P6P does the exact same thing since day one, second week of November. I just figured that's how it's supposed to work. But then if so, when I'm carrying it in my holster, does it wake up unnecessarily all the time I make any movements? If that's the case, it's a bug and needs fixed because that's just battery drain that doesn't need to happen.

Tap to wake is off and it still happens in safe mode.

My P6P screen did this when I first received the phone. The screen would be off except for the AOD and would light up all by itself showing the lock screen randomly for no apparent reason. It did this without touching the phone at all. And then the screen would stay lit up indefinitely until I hit the power button. My phone did this several times a day. Because of this issue and a few others I was having, I did a factory reset and that fixed all the issues for me. This was several months ago and the phone has been awesome since that time.

Try this. This solved the problem for me.

You can turn that off, so that mouse movements won't wake up the computer.

And yeah my P6P does the same thing. Wakes up at the slightest movement.
