Hi everyone. Am I reading into the bands wrong?

It looks like this has band 71 for TMobile on it. Does TMobile have to authorize the device to use the band?

Could be a great future proof device as far as cell connectivity.

The Eropean/American variant has Band 71. And no, T-Mobile doesn't have to authorize anything - if you're in an area in which T-Mobile uses Band 71 (only a few markets so far) the phone will use it. (Which means that in most markets, at this time, it won't - because there's nothing there.)
