It is indeed supported. I have a Sandisk 64 GB micro sdxc Class 10 card in my Note 10.1.

<waving hand in air> Me, too! Sandisk 64 GB class 10. When I first bought it, I read in the review by Lisa Gade at Mobile Tech Review, mentioning that a firmware update in August enabled the Note to support the exFAT file format - the kind used by cards over 32 GBs. But, alas, that update was available if you had your Note in August, but then they pulled it, and, for people like me who bought it in September, it was, "no exFAT for you!" So, there I sat with my brand new 64 gig micro sd card, unable to use it. Then, just under 2 weeks later, shazam! Another firmware update, and now I had the file support. It was an excrutiatingly hard 13 days I was forced to endure, waiting, waiting, waiting...until Samsung ended my misery, at long last.

Probably not but it is nice to have.
