64GB San Disk EXTREME vs. 128 San Disk Ultra for S7 Edge?

64GB San Disk EXTREME vs. 128 San Disk Ultra for S7 Edge

Hey all,

Looking for advice on choosing between 128GB SanDisk Ultra card and a 64GB SanDisk Extreme Plus (with the 3 in the U) for my new S7 Edge.

They are the same price, but the fast one is half the storage. Here are my basic questions:

1) Is the U3 Extreme Plus extra performance really noticeable in day to day usage?
2) If I decide to record video in 4K, would the 128GB even work (since it says HD only)?
3) Other thoughts?

Any quality Class 10 can do 4k on the s7.

Uhs3 isn't noticeable unless you are doing something like transferring data.

I live near MIT (I just have to travel a few blocks up Massachusetts Avenue and cross over the Charles River - I'm there), so I decided to do some research on this matter. After consultation, I have learned that SanDisk ultra 128 GB will give you 64 GBs more of storage than the 64 GB Extreme Plus. Well, less the protected areas of each card, that is.
