Just for off the phone with Google support regarding the June 28th order with case. Guy was nice enought , but pretty clueless. He verified that he had no tracking information yet for me on file First he told me that all 16GB orders would ship by the 19th. When I informed him that today was the 20th, he apologized and said things have been crazy this week. Can't really blame him there!
He then put me on hold to get some updated info. He claimed that Google is having issues sending out tracking numbers and that my account has showed some activity and I should receive it today. The UPS delivery is usually very late in my apartment building so maybe it will arrive today, but there is just as big a possibility that they guy was giving me lip service as he could not provide me with a tracking number. The package room in my building opens @ 7pm in my building and I'll let you guys know how things go...
