Has anyone heard. Anything about the 7 inch tablet other then what was announced a few weeks ago? Will it be available in the US? Which if any brick and mortar stores will carry it? Any other info you might like to share?

Apparently Lenovo is being stingy with their supply to Amazon. Ordered one from Amazon the day they listed it, which had a ship date of November 14th, just got finished with a chat session with an Amazon CSR and was told I should expect it in January 2012 because their supplier will not release any till after the holidays.
Just a quick update. once again it can be pre ordered at Amazon. I placed an order today and was told shipping would be after 12/25.

It is the 16 gb version that is being sold at Lenovo for $249
If you have access to the corporate perks site (either through work, referral, otherwise) the 16GB is now $219 and the 2GB is $189.
