7" Tablet PC Apad, Android 1.6; adding Android Market?

Chinese manufacturer didn't add Android Market for device.

Is it possible to add one?

Reading android software designations makes me hungry! I want FroYo in my mouth!

Relevant Comment: Waiting to see the Moto Gingerbread tablet and PalmPad before I make some kind of superfluous purchase. Of course, by then BernieMac (My MacBook) will probably be dead and need replacing. Grrrr.

It looks like Android Market isn't a must.

There is to many Android software available for Android devices with no Android Market.
