Hi my Samsung note 9 has occurred a charging fault after only 7 weeks! I got the phone from EE so I was just wondering who would you recommend I return the phone to for repair, EE or Samsung?
It depends on the regulations of the country you are in. In the UK it's the responsibility of the retailer that sold the phone to repair, replace or refund. Other countries may have different laws regarding faulty goods.
In the UK it's the retailer that supplied / sold you the phone that needs to assist you under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 however in my experience Samsung will help too in one of their Service Centres or Samsung Experience Stores.
