72.8MB System Update issue

Hello guys, i have been suffering an issue with my T-Mobile LG G3 obtaining a security update to my phone weighing 72.8MB... After downloading and applying the update, i restarted the phone and when it is trying to install, it is giving me the android guy with an error. I did rooted the phone before but before i downloaded this i unrooted the phone and did factory reset. But is still giving me an error when i am installing this update. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? Thank you.

On sprint and in the same boat security update #15. I can not this to install. Unrooted then factory reset. Unable to install. I think that the phone is not 100% unrooted. Trying to find the nest way to flash the stock rom and start over.
