Has anyone experimented with EVRC-B on their Charge yet?
I set mine to EVRC-B today and the voice quality seems even clearer, like on a crisp landline now.

I used **772 then 000000 for the password, selected EDIT, found EVRC and hit the "Right" button to toggle EVRC-B then selected "OK".

Question, how do you select EDIT? I move the * to EDIT and I either selected Enter or Ok and the phone reboots.

on my phone I just press down to select edit and then hit enter and the edit section comes up. The interface is slow and it seems if you wait too long to hit a button the phone restarts. I'll try it again in a bit.

edit: I tried again and it worked fine. sometimes it seems to run very slow though. It is better since I've switched to GO Launcher instead of touchwiz and got rid of the live wallpaper.

Yeah, that's how I did it on my phone too. It was slow to react with selections so just be patient.

Man are the calls clear though! Like a landline! Very impressive

so what exactly is this doing to the phone? i am new to droid...is this a common practice to make calls clearer?
