8.1.0 / May security unlocked X4

Yesterday (June 18) Android 8.1.0 arrived for my unlocked Moto X4 complete with the May security patch. It weighed in at a little than a gig.

Back ground installation took quite some time but seemed to work without any issues.

I will be interested to see if they fixed the low speaker volume bug.

I received the update today on my Prime edition X4. Not sure what the low speaker volume bug is. I don't think I have experienced it.

not sure why, but my Moto is now spending more time in deep sleep after the update. which is great! power use while in sleep is lower than before. also great!
