I got tired of waiting so I side loaded it onto my Pixel 2 XL (Verizon) lol . I normally can wait but damn... it seemed it didn't want to come to my phone.

Does 8.1 seem to slightly lag in
comparison to 8.0 or are annnimations dialed back a bit? Hard to tell.

I feel like some of the animations are actually a bit quicker than previous, causing at random times the tiniest stutter, i really only see it opening the notification pull down bar theres just a tiny random jutter that rarely happens, google can easily polish that, and the animation seem quicker, which make them seem less smooth but there not
