Store credit in exchange chain around London. One 8gb 4G in stock (Grade A), one 16gb 3G (A) in another store nearby. LTE only has sd card slot I know.
I also have a Note 3 so replacing my 2nd phone, and credit given was higher than cash.

(Also like the Xperia SP but hard to find a late build and battery is a worry.)

LTE is built by Lenovo and not as good? Trying to pick up titbits. I am NOT reading this whole forum.:)
And was 4.4.4 a disaster?

I don't mind whether 3g or 4g but it will re-sell easier. likewise I can live with the 3G 8gb capacity which are more available if it and the 16gb are more stable than the 8g LTE.

Poorly written but any experienced advice much appreciated. :D

I'd go with the 16. Currently you may be satisfied with 8GB but you will quickly see how fast that gets used up.

Thanks. Though the 8gb LTE is the only one with an sd slot, and a poster mentioned the 8gb LTE, (I can't see a 16gb LTE) is made separately by Lenovo and has problems.
You're saying stick with the 16gb 3G without sd card option. If that has the more 'stable ' hardware I'm good with that.
Too much information flying around on AC.

Yeah I hear you on the mixed info at times..

I would weigh your options, naturally base it on more dependable hardware before anything else. If it meant going with the 8gb for better stability and using the sdcard for memory options then go for it.

There isn't that option on the 3G version and the LTE 8gb is Lenovo. I will wait until tomorrow or for more stock so no biggie.

Yes I can be happier with less knowledge. So I usually am.

Added : I have seen grade A Nexus 4 for just a bit more again, and the spec is good for a 2nd phone.

I bought an 8gb LTE new in box today. £44.00 plus my GS2.

What do I do now?

I'll have to leave it in the box until Sunday. I should have bought a white Moto shell case for £5 to tide me over. Are those moto flip cases any good.

Any guides on this forum. I will sync from Google, I have a Note 3, etc.

Will I need a dialler and a messaging app?

Fun or fury to be had in the next 48 hours.

...where did you get this from?

Hearsay M' Lud (Your Honour), pure Hearsay!

I was referring to it, not stating it.

It was a believable recent post when I looked for relevant comparison threads a few days ago. Can't find it now. Said the Lenovo made devices were not as stable. 'S all I read. Couldn't get more advice.
Phone looks good.

Lenovo doesn't own Motorola yet.
