8gb discontinued?

OK since the 32 is replacing the 16 (price wise) and I would figure the 16will do the same for the 8 (talks of a 3g 8gb) what happens if I need to replace my 8gb? Will I be SoL?

I'm positive that 8GB owners are not SOL. Google or ASUS will support those devices one way or another. Either with 8GB units they will have on hand or replacing with 16GB units.

haha hold on to your device for a few months as the remaining 8GB's dry up, then complain about screen lift and see if they replace yours with a 16GB .

The only problem with this is, I got my 8gb on pre-order, so I've had it since July 21st. It was perfect out of the box...no screen lift, no flickering, no washed out colors and it is running AOKP 4.1.2 like a champ!!! So far, I have no problems with 8gb. I have it set up just the way I want it, and still have over a gig left!

I would hate to take a chance of swapping for a refurb or a 16gb with screen lift!!!!
