A couple of newbie questions

How much space does storing an area for offline use take? Like if I were to do say a 50 or 25 mile radius around my home.


Also when you have the maps cached can you still do searches for certain stores or just addresses?

I have cached 3-4 city about 80 square miles and it only took 30 mb

Wow, that's awesome. I had a bit of an android related accident and haven't been able to replace mine (poor college student) so haven't been able to try the offline maps yet.

Hoping to see the GNexus drop a good bit in price next Monday so I can android it up again!
