A couple of questions abut tether and HTC hub

I am recently rooted and have a couple of questions.

1. What is the best tether app? I downloaded the wifi tether app (garden) and it seems to work ok, but can you use the mobile hotspot from Verizon? Also I read that it is free, how does that work? And how do they not catch you?

2. HTC hub is now on my app list after I downloaded Bamf forever 1.10 (awesome). What is it and do people use it? Does it have any value?

I would also like know about HTC Hub. The app itself doesn't work on our TBs, does it?

I use Open Garden and have no problems. The Verizon mobile hotspot requires a subscription, and is not free.

HTC hub is where you can download ringtones, notification sounds, wallpapers, skins, etc. You need to create your HTC Sense account first to use it. There's also the HTC Watch app that you can purchase and rent movies/shows from, but I haven't used it.
