A couple of questions / problems

Hi,

Just got my Note 3, my first android device!

And I have a couple of problems, I have 2 Exchange email accounts, 1 of them is perfect and has sync'd all folders. The second one has chosen to sync 4 folders out of the 12 I have?! I have removed the account and re added it and its still not there, so im confused why its doing this? It didn't do this on my iPhone, iPad or via Outlook on my PC.

Also the second this is that I have migrated from the iPhone using the easy sync tool, all is fine except notes which I had a lot of! which on the Note 3 appear in an xml file all as one, and not readable! any ideas how I can get these onto my Note in a similar format?

Hi, thanks for the reply ,

Checked the email settings but they only show 4 out of the 12 folders, so something else is wrong .

there is a app in the market called file converter that may help with your files.
