A Droid Incredible 3 in the future?

The OG incredible was a flagship device on verizon.

I would go as far to say it had just as much an impact on Android OS as the original Droid did.

It may not have a large screen, but it still has great specs.

I want a Incredible 3!!!!!! forget all these other names.

Too confusing for me and the average consumer.

Agree. Remember the inc was the replacement to the nexus that verizon was supposed to get and didn't. It had top of the line specs when it was released.

Agreed.
Problem is / was that Verizon pushed the TB as being the first 4g phone while the Dinc2 was a world phone.
If I had to choose a phone out right now, it would be the Dinc2.

I think the magical sweet spot is between 4-4.3 inches for screen size. Anything bigger is just a tablet. I could live with a screen that is 4 inches. If they do an Incredible 3, I hope Verizon gives it the DROID treatment and not just call it Incredible 3.

If they came out with an Incredible 3 that had the specs of the Rezound I would come back to Verizon and sell my S4. My incredible was the best device i'd ever had up to that point and was my second smart phone. I was coming from a BB Storm 1. Going from BB to Android was easy and I loved my Dinc. I rooted and enjoyed all the fun that comes with it. Moved on to the S4 and havent looked back but still love the Incredible design idea. I was hoping they'd upgrade the Incredible to duocore status but doesnt seem like its going to happen, at least this year. I hope they keep the line alive and eventually upgrade it to a mulitple core device with all the top specs. It will always be remembered because of the drama(shortage) of waiting for so long to get it. It was soo worth the wait though.

Yes, it is. But aside from the upgraded cpu its basically a refreshed Sensation which I'm currently rockin.None of the features that the One series has. But at least its been upgraded to multiple cores.

Wow. I am reading my comment some 3 1/2 years later, and I couldn't have been more wrong about screen size. As the DInc was perfect in it's size for it's time, I look now and know that 2 phones later (Galaxy S3 with a 4.8" screen and now a Galaxy Note Edge with a 5.7" screen) I have gotten a phone with a bigger screen. And I think that the DInc had such a great screen. But it has been surpassed. Technology has gotten better. Screens are better. But I do miss the Droid Incredible!
