A few quick newbie questions (contacts, shortcuts, white trim get dirty)?

Coming from a Nexus and stock and just picked up my One on Verizon:

1. How do I get all of the standard, stock contacts off the top of my Contacts list?
2. How do I create contact shortcuts for the homescreens for one-touch texting or calling?
3. Does the white plastic trim on the silver model ever get dirty?

2. How do I create contact shortcuts for the homescreens for one-touch texting or calling?
Long press on an empty space on your homescreen, and select Shortcuts in the dropdown menu. Choose Direct Call, and select the contact number that you'd like to dial

3. Does the white plastic trim on the silver model ever get dirty?
Mine looked dirty when I moved some furniture around the house, and I thought that the stains won't ever go off, but apparently they do. I can't see any stains/marks/smudges on the white trim.

Just like Evernap said, the dirt cleans up real nice on the ONE. I use wet wipes and they work wonders!
