A few thoughts on the Axon 7

I also have had virtually no issues at all with my Axon 7. Yesterday I browsed the AC forums for practically all the major phones. Almost all have issues of some kind. So far, the Axon 7 is my favorite phone.

Is this phone unlocked? Will it work with project fi?

I love mines I'm glued to it my poor note 7 looking at me like damn u traitor lol

My Note 7 right before I returned her to ATT today...I am really liking this Axon 7 so far though....this is one solid phone...I put the apex launcher on it but still trying to get used to the UI...

Seriously. I keep expecting new categories for AC to list so that they can keep saying the S7 is the greatest phone ever invented, such as "Best phone with a glass back" or "Best phone that begins with the letter G".

I've used one and sent it back due to touchwiz being an absolute battery ***** and a fingerprint reader so useless I eventually turned it off and went back to just a pin. I see it's worth for some of its features such as the top notch camera and water resistance which is nice to have, but overall I wasn't impressed.

Hi, as an S7 edge owner, I've got to tell you that I truly believe you got a bum phone. I've owned many galaxy phones, LG, Motorola & HTC. The S7 edge is the first phone ever that goes the entire day with at least 30-35% battery at the end of the day. As far as the fingerprint scanner, mine is instantaneous. I did have to return my first edge because of data connection issues. But this one has been awesome. Remember that they're building tens of millions of these units. There's bound to be a few bad ones.

The button screen dont light especially in a dark room and the buttons to close, the home, back and recent buttons, that's the only gripe about the phone

I used a normal S7, not the Edge. I have read the Edge has better battery life, which makes sense considering the larger battery. I also used AOD, because if a phone is going to feature something like that, might as well use it. Battery life was not good. I got in the habit of just keeping it charging at work, which is something I normally do not have to do with a phone.

As for having an instantaneous FP reader, lucky you. I've used a one plus 3, axon 7, htc 10, nexus 6p and 5x, honor 5x and honor 8, and all of those phones beat the S7 when it came to speed and accuracy of the fingerprint reader.

That is a valid gripe. Also, I dislike the silly notification bell. Otherwise, this phone really is one very nice phone. I have to admit, I really love the revolving lock screen wallpapers lol. Most of those images look just amazing on this display.

One mo gripe thats it the space bar is wayyyyy to close to the home circle it hit it so often when im typing and it close everything to the home screen ughhhh

Small bezels... some people like them and some people don't.

Struggling with the volume buttons being where the power button is on most phones. I keep turning volume down when I mean to turn the screen off

Personally I use Nova Prime along with an app called Screen Off so I can double tap the screen to turn it off. Nova has gesture support with the paid app. With the double tap baked in to turn on the screen I don't have to use any buttons to turn it on or off.

Still haven't figured out how to block numbers after telemarketer call, i know on my note 7 i got to setting and add it to block

Best phone I've ever owned! Granted the bar is low because my last phone was a Samsung Avant and before that first gen Moto X lol, but seriously, for $400 this one is a no-brainer.

Kudos to ZTE, Huawei and OnePlus for disrupting this overpriced phone market!

This feature cannot be used if your using fingerprint scanner.
