A good PDF reader for phone and tablet

Instead of doing some trial and error on the Play Store, I figures I would ask for your favourites and top tips. I'm looking for a nice and clean PDF reader with some light editing (high light and such).

My current app is RepliGo Reader and it's great, but has been a bit wonky on marshmallow. Turned out it hasn't been supported since about 2014, it's been auto installing fine on all resets and new devices so I hadn't noticed

So, where should I go? I'm fine paying for a good app, so free or paid doesn't matter. I want "the best"

I prefer Foxit for android, it's lightweight with good annotation capabilities.
