A little help with my Optimus....

I haven't been on here much, but does anyone think they can help me with this? Well, this was kinda stupid, but I flashed the Cyan JB rom with 15% on my battery. I had it plugged in to charge, but no luck. And now it's just sitting here loading the LG screen, then the Cyan gauge screen, and in the middle of that, it does the dead battery sound. Then it shows the lock screen and the Power Off box on it. Is there anyway I could at least abort the shutdown? Thank you very much and I'd be very happy if you'd help. I got into Recovery and I cleared cache and battery stats...

Thank god I got it! I got into recovery and flashed RebornROM... thanks Nick7 for the ROM by the way...

If that ever happens to you again, you can always charge in recovery.

Make sure you have at least 75% left on your battery before modifying a device. So long as you do, you shouldn't ever have this happen again.

It IS charging, but it doesn't show a lightning bolt on the battery logo. Doesn't really mean anything to me, just as long as it's charging, it's fine with me.

The current kernel doesn't have the battery code nailed down yet, so you need to turn the screen off and back on to update the battery level.
