A.M/P.M beside clock on note 20u?

I’ve seen a YouTube video where Good Lock was getting reviewed. They had the AM/PM beside their clock on their note 20 ultra. I know this was taken away in the previous Samsung updates so I’m wondering if anyone knows how he got that? Was it through the good lock app or maybe nova launcher?
