A portable charger...one that is useful...

Hello all,

I'm sure I don't have to go on about the Rezound's battery life. I'm currently rocking Juice Defender Ultimate to help resolve the problem...or, at least parts of it...

Anyway, I've been looking into portable chargers. Take a look at the link below: look at the AP650.

I recently went to Target to pick this up. I like the concept of it; small, portable, easy to carry, etc. However, there's a small problem - when you hook it up to the phone, the charger has to go on top of the screen due to the orientation of the charging pins and whatnot. Obviously, this is a big problem, because now you have to put the charger on the phone and leave it alone (because you cannot charge the phone AND play with it, because the charger will be on top of the screen).

Needless to say I went right back to Target the same night and returned it.

So, yeah. I was wondering if anyone found a good portable charger that doesn't interfere with the screen...preferably one similar to the one that I pointed out in the link above.

Look on Amazon for Anchor external battery packs I have the 8400 mah pack and its about same size as our phones and comes with several adapters to charge many accessories. They do come in smaller sizes and of course larger as well but price wise the 8400 mah seemed to be the biggest bang for the buck.

why not just get the extended battery. works great for me though its more bulkier. but not to to bad.

Set Your Location sounds like it might work for you

At the cost of 40.00 for only 1800 mah he can pay 54.00for an Anchor 8400 mah portable pack and it will charge two items at same time.

I have the exact opposite thought about it, I have it and think it is junk. I get 3 hours of charge time out of a fully charged power pack and that's it.
