Me being the unlucky one that I am was one of the people who had a problematic Nexus after the 4.2.2 update. After doing some digging around the net, and some of my own experiments I came to the conclusion that the official update had more support for Rev. 9 then 10; because lets be honest, Verizon does releas a lot of half-baked updates and ideas... Anyway I turned to google and found out the Official factory images have been released with 4.2.2 images on there. Doing this flashes EXACT images for the Radios(The LTE radio gets a PATCH in Verizon's OTA, while the CDMA Radio gets a fresh flash), when using these images you get a FRESH flash of each radio. When I did this I noticed a better LTE connection, better over-all speeds, and data will switch back and forth properly without dropping the connection for long periods of time. So if you would like to give it a shot here is a link to the images

Download the one for 4.2.2 and flash. To get a Radio flash you will need to unlock your boot loader first, so make sure to back everything up! After the flash just simple do a boot relock with the command below

Code:
fastboot oem lock

There -- all nice and neat and Verizon official. Hope this helps some people out who have been having some problems like me!
