A Simple Neurotic Request

So this is very simple and feel free to call me lazy and/or crazy, but I am looking to complete a theme project.

I need an app/setting that will spring my notification sound, but only 3-5 times per day....

I created a pretty detailed Zelda theme for my Galaxy S4 running the stock odexed ROM and I would like Navi to chime in with "HEY LISTEN" (My notification sound), but not 100 times a day...

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Well, I'm not sure if you could accomplish this by setting a few automation rules on apps like Microsoft's on{X}, Tasker (the most popular one) or Automagic.
