There is a filter above which you can choose a specific contact group.



However everytime you enter Contacts App It shows all the contacts again. (On all Contacts Group)

Are you talking about Labels or Accounts? I don't believe you can make it open by default to a specific Label.

I swapped my phone from a very old android phone. On Previous android versions It was possible.

I don't believe that's possible any more. What you're describing is probably from an old version of the Contacts app. You can send feedback to Google about this suggestion from within the Contacts app's settings.
