if i charge my phone's Li-Ion Battery(5300mAh) from 50 to 100 will the battery life cycle(life span) be decreased?
what is the perfect way to making the battery life long?

Lithium batteries don't have to be cycled like the old types. They don't like being run right down and they don't like being too hot.
