about fast charge

is there a point where fast charging will stop say like if the battery is at 80%-90%
will fast charge still work.

It doesn't stop, but after the first 50% the charging rate will vary, with the last 10% of charging being the slowest (but still faster than normal charging, but pretty close).

Usually beyond 70-80%,it will drop to quick charge 1.0 speeds, and continue tapering off until full, especially after 90%

Kind of what others have alluded to, Fast Charge is best for when you are running out of juice and want a quick boost. As the battery becomes full then charging rate slows to protect it.
