About GB Bricking Issue....

Battery life seems to be less on GB no doubt. Maybe it's because I'm using it a lot more with Netflix, and charging takes longer than on Froyo.

I'm going to give Gingeritis a shot until BAMF gets an update.

Took me 5 hours to go from 50% to only effing 85%. I could go from 50 to full battery in about 30 minutes. My only major draw with gb. As for bat life I think its better then bamf 1.6.3, never used 1.7. I use my phone consistently through out the day and lasts a good 10-12 hours, when not using netflix lol.

So it has been a few days, and I have had no real issues (had a reboot once scared the piss outta me for approx. 2-3mins.lol) all is good for now. If it takes a crap, jcase, i will need an address to overnight my donation to ........so far so good though.

So on day 6 no issues........glad I went back!!!! No reboots, no random turn offs, running smooth and fast!!!

Same here. Been running all of the das BAMF 2.0-X versions since initial release and am currently on last nights 3.0 preview. Can't seem to find anything to complain about.

Yeah it was up for a quick sec, and then taken down. Sounds like someone hacked got it and posted it, and did not take the appropriate measures to ensure the leak's identity. DEV's over there are pretty pissed.

Yeah that is the only offical leaked radio. Over at XDA there was a leak of a second radio but was only up for like 2mins, then taken down as it appears it was taken without permission and posted with out proper security measures put in place i.e. leaks source. This is the correct download for the radio. http://http://www.multiupload.com/HU471CMQI0 and only offical leaked radio as of now. The second one may be soon, or may be held up due to the unauthorized posting. We shall see.

PJ you were able to get it? How is it running, hopefully nothing gets delayed or even canceled because of it. Hope it is killer sounds like it from the comments over on XDA.

Seems a little more stable at least over 3G anyways. Won't be able to try it in an LTE area for a couple weeks.

Cool congrats on the quick snag......I am in a 4G area and am curious also, with the updated froyo radio i was consistantly at full 4G, on the GB I have 2-3 bars at work, and back to 4-5 at home. Cheers.

I change my mind. Why risk going back now on an older radio with a potential new on coming out soon. Phone is great on 1.7 anyway.
