I am a retired computer engineer. I have a color Nook and thinking about rooting it. I love electronic gadgets. I am reluctant to root the nook since i find it a practical tool right out of the box and especially with the latest version 1.2. I am also an extra class HAM radio operator and have been for a very long time.
