You can try searching the net and downloading the .apk file for the newest version of Play. Why did you uninstall the latest updates?

no .apk file is available here...my play store was not responding properly.thats y i uninstalled updates. one more think.i have purchased my s4 about 1 month ago.bt the smart pause is not working.not for a single time.even my quick glance is not working well.evry time i have to restart my phn and then the "quick glance" works for 1/2 times only.then no response. is that the sensors problem?

You could try to go to the apps in the settings and clear the cache and data, sometimes that'll kick a Play Store update automatically.

If it's a GPE then I believe that a call to Google Play hardware support would be useful. In the USA that's (855) 836-3987 and open 24/7.
